Haunted Attraction with Concert Series Opening this Month

New Braunfels, TX— October 10, 2017 — Entertainment company Fear  Factory Presents will host a new haunted attraction “The Body Farm” from October 20 through

November 4 in New Braunfels, Texas. The Body Farm is set at the site of a research facility that was closed after experimentation on humans was uncovered.

An outdoor trail leading through The Body Farm takes about 30 minutes, and ends at a concert venue, featuring live music each night. The trail admission is $20 for adults 18 and over, and $15 for students and military. Spending an extra $5 at the concession stand will allow admission into the concert after your haunted adventure. The Body Farm is located between San Marcos and New Braunfels at 8989 N IH 35, New Braunfels, TX.

Michael Reese Grover, owner of Fear Factory Presents, previously operated a highly successful haunted house in the San Antonio area. When it opened in 2002, it was called The Mental Ward. The name was changed after The National Alliance for the Mentally Ill and the San Antonio Mental Health Association called for a boycott. Grover fully cooperated with their concerns and changed the name to Fear Factory, which ran until 2006.

The Body Farm is the first in a series of ongoing events at this location called Holidaypalooza. The Amaizeng Fall Festival, featuring a cornfield maze, will run during weekends in November, and the Illuminate Texas Christmas Trail will be open nightly in December.
